Shipping FAQ

1. What shipping carriers do you use?
   - We use USPS and DHL.
2. What are your shipping costs?
   - We offer free shipping for our customers convenience.
3. My order was returned to sender, now what?
   - Contact us right away please. Re-shipping fees may apply. We will hold the package for 20 days until it is discarded.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
   - No. Currently we shop to the USA and Canada only. WW shipping is coming soon.
5. Didn't receive your order, but tracking says otherwise?
   - Please reach out to the shipping carrier and submit a claim, you can then reach out to us with their verdict. Keep in mind that we are a small business and are trusting shipping carriers to get your products delivered on time and in one piece <3
6. Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
   - Please reach out to us at (email) for any bulk discount inquiries :)
7. Can I cancel my order?
   - Unfortunately once orders have been placed they are considered final sale. 

Return Policy FAQ

1. Do you offer refunds?
   - At this time we do not offer refunds/exchanges on our products
2. My product arrived defective, can I get a replacement?
   - Please notify us within 1 business day of receiving the damaged product at (email) and include an image. If found eligible a replacement will be sent.

Candle FAQ

1. What scents do you offer?
   - We offer three scents at this time - Vanilla Bean, Sea Breeze, and Comfort Spice.
2. Can I custom order a scent?
   - Currently we are not offering this service.
3. What are the dimensions of the candles?
   - The 7.5 oz dimensions are; 3"(W) x 3 2/8"(H) with lid, 8 7/8" (circumference). The 13.75 oz dimensions are 3"(W) x 5"(H), 9.5"(circumference).
4. What is the burn time for your candles?
   - The 13.75 oz candle burn time is 60-80 hrs, while the 7.5 oz is 50-60 hrs.
5. What kind of wax and wick are used in your candles?
   - We use 100% Soy wax with a cotton wick.
6. Are you candles non-toxic?
   - Always! Our candles are non-toxic, paraben and phthalate free.
